Fall Harvest Latte

A warm and cozy latte capturing the essence of autumn with pumpkin, maple, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Pumpkin pie spice for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Whisk in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug and then add the pumpkin milk mixture.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add more maple syrup. Can be made dairy-free with milk alternatives.
