Festive Coconut Mojito with Mint, Lime & Pomegranate Sparkle

A refreshing cocktail perfect for celebrations, combining mint, lime, and coconut cream for a tropical twist.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (2 oz) white rum
  • 30 ml (1 oz) coconut cream
  • 30 ml (1 oz) fresh lime juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with fresh lime juice to release flavor.
  2. Add white rum, coconut cream, and ice. Shake well until cold.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with pomegranate seeds and a sprig of mint leaves.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator but do not freeze.
