Festive Sangria Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic mocktail that blends sweet and tangy flavors, perfect for parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups no-sugar-added pomegranate juice (or cranberry)
  • 3 ½ cups apple juice
  • 1 small orange, cut into thin pieces
  • 1 lemon, cut into pieces
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup pomegranate arils (or a handful of fresh cranberries)
  • 4 cups cold ginger ale (or ginger beer, sprite, sparkling water)

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of no-sugar-added pomegranate juice and 3 ½ cups of apple juice into a large pitcher.
  2. Add the thinly cut orange slices to the pitcher.
  3. Add the pieces of lemon to the pitcher.
  4. Add the small pieces of Granny Smith apple to the mixture.
  5. Add ¼ cup of pomegranate arils or fresh cranberries to the pitcher.
  6. Stir all the ingredients together until well mixed.
  7. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for 45 minutes to 4 hours.
  8. When ready to serve, add 4 cups of cold ginger ale to the pitcher and gently stir.
  9. Pour into glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices, rosemary, or a cinnamon stick.

Notes

Best served fresh; if mixed with ginger ale, consume within a day for optimal fizz.
