Fried Egg Avocado Toast with Chili Crunch

A delightful twist on classic avocado toast with creamy avocado, protein-rich egg, and a hint of spice from chili crunch.

  • 1 large slice sourdough bread (or bread of your choice)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (or as needed to grease skillet)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon chili crunch sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the slice of bread to your preferred level of golden perfection. Lay the sliced avocado on top and gently mash it with a fork.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Carefully crack the egg into the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes, until the whites are set and opaque.
  3. Use a spatula to transfer the cooked egg onto your avocado toast. Drizzle chili crunch sauce if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
