Frostbeam Christmas Cocoa

A creamy and delightful hot cocoa with a hint of peppermint, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Candy snowflakes or crushed peppermint (for garnish)
  • Edible shimmer dust or white luster dust (for glow)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, heavy cream, white chocolate, and sugar.
  2. Whisk until the chocolate melts and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the peppermint extract, then remove from heat.
  4. Pour into transparent cups or mugs to highlight the soft glow.
  5. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and sprinkle candy snowflakes or crushed peppermint on top.
  6. Finish with a touch of edible shimmer dust for a frosty, radiant effect.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
