Frozen Christmas Crystal Punch

A delightful and refreshing drink perfect for the holiday season, featuring a vibrant blue hue and festive flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups blue raspberry juice or blue fruit punch
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (optional)
  • 1 to 2 cups ice cubes
  • Edible glitter or edible shimmer dust
  • Frozen blueberries or cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the blue raspberry juice, lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, and fresh lime juice. Stir well. Add simple syrup if preferred, stirring to combine.
  2. Prepare shimmer ice cubes by placing edible glitter into ice cube trays, then fill them with water and freeze.
  3. Pour the punch into glasses, filling each about 2/3 full.
  4. Drop the shimmer ice cubes into the punch. Garnish each glass with frozen blueberries or cranberries.

Notes

Best served cold and can be made in advance. Pair it with snacks like cookies or cheese platters for a festive touch.
