Frozen Raspberry Colada

A refreshing twist on a classic piña colada combining tangy raspberries and creamy coconut for a light tropical drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Real Infused Exotics Pineapple Puree Syrup
  • 1 oz Real Infused Exotics Real Gourmet Cream Of Coconut
  • 1012 Frozen Raspberries
  • Ice (optional)
  • Agave (just enough to rim your glass)
  • Coconut Flakes
  • 23 Fresh Raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all your ingredients and blend until smooth. Add ice as needed.
  2. Coat the rim of your cocktail glass in agave and then dip it into coconut flakes.
  3. Pour your frozen cocktail into your glass and top with more coconut flakes.
  4. Add a few fresh raspberries for garnish and enjoy.

Notes

Can be made as a mocktail by omitting the rum. Use sugar-free sweeteners for a diabetic-friendly version.
