With a frosty blend of frozen raspberries, lemonade, and citrusy sparkle, it’s a slushie made for sunshine sipping—alcohol-free, party-perfect, and ready in five minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup or raspberry purée
  • 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (about 1214 berries)
  • 1/2 cup lemonade (sparkling or still)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Garnish:
  • Lemon wheel
  • Fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Add lemon juice, raspberry syrup, simple syrup, frozen raspberries, lemonade, and ice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth and slushy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed. Add more simple syrup for sweetness, more berries for flavor, or more lemonade if too thick.
  4. Pour into a chilled rocks or stemless wine glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

For extra fizz, use sparkling lemonade. Chill all ingredients beforehand for best texture. Try adding mint, blueberries, or coconut cream for unique flavor twists. Freeze your glasses for a longer-lasting chill and blend in batches when serving a crowd.
