Frozen Sleigh Christmas Punch

A refreshing and festive punch with coconut and peppermint flavors, perfect for holiday celebrations.

  • 2 cups peppermint soda or sparkling water (chilled)
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice (chilled)
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • Granulated sugar (for rimming)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rim: Lightly moisten the rims of your glasses with water or lemon juice. Dip the rims into granulated sugar to create a snowy effect.
  2. Mix the Punch: In a large punch bowl, combine the coconut milk, peppermint soda, white cranberry juice, cream of coconut, and peppermint extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  3. Add Ice: Add ice cubes or crushed ice to the punch bowl to keep the punch chilled and refreshing.
  4. Serve: Ladle the punch into prepared glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. Avoid freezing the punch.
