Garlic Herb Butter

A simple yet flavorful spread that enhances a variety of dishes with the rich taste of butter, fresh herbs, and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 250g/8 oz butter, softened (salted or unsalted)
  • 30g/1/2 cup mixed fresh herbs (parsley, dill, green onions)
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Ensure the butter is softened.
  2. Chop the parsley, dill, and green onions finely.
  3. Peel and mince the garlic.
  4. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll it into a log shape.
  6. Twist the ends of the paper to seal and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Notes

Store wrapped in parchment in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months.
