  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits each)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and measure them out.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble Your Cheeseburger Bombs: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten a biscuit, add cooked beef and cheddar cheese in the center, and seal.
  4. Bake the Cheeseburger Bombs: Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add the Parmesan Garlic Topping: Brush melted butter mixed with Parmesan and garlic powder over baked bombs.

Notes

Best served hot with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
