A fun and delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are filled with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and a hint of garlic, all wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6-8 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  3. Add the minced garlic along with salt and pepper, stirring and cooking for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in half of the Parmesan and cheddar cheeses while beef is still hot.
  5. Open the biscuit dough and separate, flattening each biscuit into a circle about 4-5 inches across.
  6. Place 2-3 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  7. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinch to seal, then roll gently to form a ball.
  8. Place each bomb seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  9. Mix melted butter with chopped parsley and brush over each bomb.
  10. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and cheddar cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  12. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
