Immune Boosting Ginger Carrot Orange Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie packed with vitamins and minerals that supports your immune system.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large oranges (peeled)
  • 2 medium carrots (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (peeled)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups water (cold or room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients listed above in that order in your blender.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can be served over ice or garnished with a slice of orange or mint.
