Ginger Pumpkin Fizz Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink that combines the warmth of ginger and the rich flavor of pumpkin, perfect for gatherings or cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pumpkin purée
  • 2 ounces maple syrup
  • 2 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 6 ounces water
  • 8 ounces chilled sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the maple syrup, 6 ounces of water, and the ginger slices.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring gently.
  3. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat and let cool, then cover and let the ginger infuse for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In a blender, combine pumpkin purée and 4 ounces of water, and blend until smooth.
  5. After 30 minutes, strain the syrup to remove ginger slices.
  6. Divide half of the ginger syrup into two glasses.
  7. Pour the pumpkin juice into each glass over the syrup and stir gently.
  8. Top each glass with 4 ounces of chilled sparkling water and serve immediately.

Notes

Garnish with a fresh ginger slice, sprinkle of cinnamon, or mint leaves for an enhanced presentation.
