Ginger Snap Cold Brew

A unique and refreshing twist on cold brew coffee that combines spicy ginger, sweet brown sugar, and creamy milk for a cozy, comforting drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 12 tsp Brown Sugar (optional)
  • 23 tbsp Milk or Oatmilk (optional)
  • Dash of Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix a teaspoon of brown sugar or molasses with a splash of hot water until dissolved.
  2. Add in 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger and a dash of cinnamon, then mix again.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of cold brew coffee and stir. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  4. Add a splash of milk or oat milk if you prefer a creamy texture.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and give it another swirl to chill.

Notes

Shake up your milk before pouring for a frothy texture. Adjust sweetness with more sugar or vanilla syrup based on preference.
