A delicious homemade gluten-free pizza recipe that offers flavor and texture, perfect for customizing with your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • One prepared batch of gluten-free bread dough
  • Tapioca flour or brown rice flour (for dusting)
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Spread a bit of tapioca flour or brown rice flour on a clean, flat surface.
  2. Dump the prepared bread dough onto the floured surface, and sprinkle more flour over the top. Add more flour as needed until the exterior of the dough is coated and easy to handle.
  3. Place half of the dough onto a piece of parchment paper, and press with hands to form a round, flat disc.
  4. Transfer the parchment paper with dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet. Prick the dough with a fork or knife to create holes for even baking.
  5. Bake in a 375°F oven for about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the crust, cover with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and toppings of choice.
  7. Place under the broiler until the cheese is melted to your liking.
  8. Cut and serve.

Notes

For best flavor, experiment with different cheeses and toppings. Serve hot and consider pairing with a fresh salad or garlic breadsticks.
