Golden Ginger Cocoa Cloud

A delicious and comforting warm beverage blending rich cocoa with zesty ginger, made with macadamia milk for a creamy treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Ginger dust (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of macadamia milk into a saucepan and heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp of grated ginger, stirring until smooth.
  3. Incorporate 1 tbsp of maple syrup and stir again to blend.
  4. Whisk the mixture until it becomes light and airy.
  5. Pour into a cup and top with whipped cream and ginger dust.
  6. Sip and enjoy your Golden Ginger Cocoa Cloud!

Notes

Store any leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently before serving.
