Golden Pistachio Brie Bites with Raspberry Drizzle

Delightful bites combining creamy brie cheese, crunchy pistachios, and a sweet raspberry drizzle, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry or 6 sheets of phyllo dough (thawed)
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using puff pastry, roll it out on a lightly floured surface. If using phyllo dough, stack the sheets and brush each layer with melted butter.
  3. Cut the dough into squares.
  4. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey before serving.
