These Greek Yogurt Popsicles are creamy, refreshing, and packed with protein. A healthy summer treat made with Greek yogurt, fruit, and a touch of honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, low-fat, or non-fat)
  • 2 cups cleaned fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raspberries – fresh or frozen)
  • ¼ cup honey (optional)
  • Optional: a squeeze of lemon or lime juice
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: Chia seeds or ground flax

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the chosen fruits.
  2. In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, fruit, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  3. Optional: Strain the mixture if using fruits with seeds.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top. Insert sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.
  7. To release, run warm water over the molds briefly and enjoy.

Notes

Store popsicles in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to two weeks. Customize with different fruits or yogurt flavors to suit your taste and dietary needs.
