Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped

  • Nonstick spray or extra oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish.

  6. Transfer mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
