Halloween Vampire Fudge

A spooky and delicious Halloween treat featuring creamy fudge with bright red swirls, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Red gel food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Red jam (raspberry or strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and heat in additional 15-second increments as needed until smooth.
  2. Add Vanilla: Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour Mixture: Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper and pour the melted mixture, spreading it evenly.
  4. Create the “Bloody” Swirl: Spoon dollops of red jam on the fudge and swirl gently with a toothpick or knife.
  5. Add Coloring: Drizzle drops of red gel food coloring and swirl it into the fudge.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut Into Squares: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to one month.
