Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs

Delicious and colorful Hawaiian Chicken Kebabs made with marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions, perfect for summer barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup canned pineapple juice
  • Chicken breasts, cubed
  • Bell peppers, cubed
  • Onion, cubed
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ketchup, dark brown sugar, soy sauce, and pineapple juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. On the skewers, alternate threading the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
