Healing Miso-Ginger Lemon Detox Broth

A soothing, warm broth made with miso, ginger, lemon, and garlic, perfect for a gentle detox.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the vegetable broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced ginger and garlic to the broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and fresh herbs if desired.
