  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and stir in miso paste until dissolved.
  3. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and lemon juice, letting it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
