Heart Shaped Brownies

Delightful heart-shaped brownies that are rich in chocolate flavor, perfect for special occasions.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature, or freeze for up to three months.
