Hibiscus Cardamom Iced Matcha

A refreshing iced drink that blends hibiscus, cardamom, and matcha, creating a vibrant and flavorful experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hibiscus tea, frozen in ice-cube tray
  • 3/4 cup oat milk, cold and frothed
  • 1/2 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 Tbsp simple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass with the hibiscus ice cubes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the matcha powder, ground cardamom, and simple syrup (if using) with 1/4 cup hot water until smooth.
  3. Allow the matcha mixture to cool for a few minutes.
  4. Pour the cooled matcha mix over the hibiscus ice cubes.
  5. Top gently with cold frothed oat milk.
  6. Stir and enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Serve immediately for the best experience. Can be garnished with a sprig of mint or a slice of lemon.
