Hibiscus Ginger Refresher

A delightful drink combining the tartness of hibiscus tea with the zing of ginger, perfect for hot days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger simple syrup
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add chilled hibiscus tea, lemon juice, and ginger simple syrup, and pour gently to mix.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Notes

Garnish with a slice of lemon or sprig of mint. Best served fresh, but tea and syrup can be stored separately in the fridge for up to a week.
