Holly Jolly Non-Alcoholic Christmas Punch

A vibrant and fruity non-alcoholic punch perfect for holiday gatherings, combining cranberry, pineapple, and orange juices with a sparkling finish.

  • ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 68 oz apple juice concentrate (frozen or slightly thawed)
  • 2 bottles (24.5 oz each) of sparkling white grape juice
  • 7 cinnamon sticks
  • 8 orange slices
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 22.5 cups of gin, vodka, or bourbon (optional)
  • Mini bundt mold
  • Cranberries and rosemary for garnish
  • Water or additional juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ice: Fill the mini bundt mold with water or juice, adding cranberries and rosemary. Freeze until solid.
  2. Mix the Juices: In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Stir well.
  3. Add Sweetness: Incorporate the apple juice concentrate, stirring to taste and adjust sweetness.
  4. Add Sparkling Juice: Just before serving, pour in the sparkling white grape juice for a fizzy finish.
  5. Garnish: Add cinnamon sticks, orange slices, and cranberries into the punch bowl.
  6. Serve with Ice: Drop in the frozen wreath ice cubes to chill the punch without dilution.

Notes
