Homemade Birthday Cake Creamer

A delicious and creamy homemade creamer that brings the sweet flavor of birthday cake to your coffee or tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups half & half
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cake batter extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Start by adding the half & half, sugar, and heavy cream to a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan on low heat. Stir the mixture gently until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Add Extract: Once the sugar has melted, remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the cake batter extract and mix well.
  4. Cool Down: Let the creamer cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  5. Store it: Transfer your homemade creamer into a mason jar or another airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
