  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce to create the sauce for the shrimp.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and stir to coat the shrimp with the oil.
  4. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp start to turn pink.
  5. Add the honey garlic mixture to the skillet and stir well to combine the flavors.
  6. Continue cooking until the shrimp are fully pink and cooked through, about another 2-3 minutes. Avoid overcooking.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
