Honeysuckle Iced Tea

A refreshing and sweet iced tea made from honeysuckle blossoms, perfect for hot days and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeysuckle blossoms
  • Fresh mint sprigs
  • 2 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Pluck the blossoms from the vine, removing any leaves or green parts.
  2. Place the fresh blossoms in a pitcher or mason jar.
  3. Boil the water and pour it over the blossoms, stirring to mix.
  4. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for several hours, or refrigerate overnight for best results.
  5. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with a mint sprig and a few blossoms.

Notes

Can be customized with mint, citrus, or sweeteners. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze in ice cube trays.
