Instructions

  1. Gather the spruce tips: Start by gathering two cups of bright green spruce tips.
  2. Wash the tips: Wash the spruce tips under cold running water.
  3. Drying: Place the spruce tips on parchment paper to dry.
  4. Prepare the jar: Add the dried spruce tips to a clean, sterilized jar.
  5. Add alcohol: Pour 300 ml of your chosen alcohol over the tips.
  6. Add honey: Mix in 1 tablespoon of raw honey.
  7. Mix well: Stir to ensure the honey dissolves completely.
