Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

  • 2 shots strong espresso or concentrated coffee
  • 3/4 cup oatmilk
  • 1/4 cup apple brown sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • Optional: Caramel or cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Pour the espresso over the apple brown sugar syrup in a sturdy jar.
  2. Add a heap of ice and seal the jar.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  4. Pour into a cup and top with oatmilk to your liking.
  5. Chill your glass in the freezer for five minutes for an extra frosty drink.
  6. Optional: Drizzle with caramel or sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Feel free to swap oatmilk for almond or coconut milk, and experiment with different syrups. For a crunch, add granola on top.
