Iced Butterbeer Latte

A delightful drink blending rich coffee flavor with sweet syrups, inspired by the beloved Butterbeer from the Harry Potter series.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons toffee nut syrup
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 2 oz espresso
  • 1 cup milk of choice (2% recommended)
  • Ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Toffee bits (optional)
  • More caramel sauce (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of toffee nut syrup and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce to a small jar or cup.
  2. Brew 2 oz of espresso directly into this jar.
  3. Stir the syrup and espresso together until they mix well.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  5. Pour the espresso mixture over the ice in the glass.
  6. Add 1 cup of your choice of milk over the espresso mixture.
  7. Stir the drink gently to combine all the ingredients.
  8. If desired, top your latte with whipped cream, toffee bits, and/or drizzle more caramel sauce.

Notes

Best enjoyed right after making it, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
