Iced London Fog Tea Latte

A refreshing drink combining Earl Grey tea with creamy milk and a hint of vanilla, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 2/3 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup (or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract + 1 tsp sugar)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the Earl Grey tea by placing the tea bag in 1/3 cup of hot water and letting it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool completely.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Stir the vanilla syrup (or the mixture of vanilla extract and sugar) into the cooled tea.
  5. Pour the cooled tea over the ice in the glass.
  6. Top it off with 2/3 cup of milk.
  7. Gently stir the drink to mix everything together.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of lemon for garnish. Pairs well with cookies, muffins, or pastries.
