Iced Sticky Chai

A delightful iced drink combining the warmth of traditional chai with a refreshing cold twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 Perfect Tea Spoons of Sticky Chai
  • 300ml freshly drawn boiled water
  • Milk of your choice (recommended: oat milk)
  • Glass of ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Nutmeg or cinnamon (optional, for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Take 2 perfect tea spoons of Sticky Chai and place them in a Brewdini or a strainer.
  2. Boil 300ml of fresh water and pour it into the Brewdini or over the strainer with the chai.
  3. Allow the tea to steep for four minutes.
  4. Once brewed, cool the chai in the fridge or shake gently with some ice.
  5. Pour the cooled Sticky Chai into a glass filled with ice.
  6. Top the drink with your choice of cold milk.
  7. Optionally, add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, or your favorite spice.
  8. Enjoy your Iced Sticky Chai!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
