Jack-O’-Lantern Cheesecake

A festive cheesecake decorated like a jack-o’-lantern, perfect for Halloween gatherings.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup orange frosting
  • Black gel icing for decorating

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar and pumpkin puree until creamy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each. Add vanilla extract and pumpkin spice.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Spread orange frosting on top of the cheesecake.
  10. Decorate with black gel icing to create a jack-o’-lantern face.
  11. Slice and serve to guests.

Notes

Serve with whipped cream and consider Halloween-themed presentation for added fun.
