Jasmine Coffee Tonic

A refreshing drink combining the rich taste of coffee with the delicate fragrance of jasmine tea, perfect for warm weather and year-round enjoyment.

Ingredients

  • Double shot espresso
  • 1 part milk (your choice)
  • 1 part jasmine tea
  • Jasmine syrup (to taste)
  • Ice
  • Jasmine flowers (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew jasmine tea by boiling water and steeping jasmine tea leaves or a tea bag. Let cool completely.
  2. In a shaker or jar, combine cooled jasmine tea, milk, and jasmine syrup to taste.
  3. Add double shot of freshly brewed espresso to the jar, fill with ice, and shake well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving glass and garnish with jasmine flowers.
