This Alcohol-Free June Bug Mocktail brings all the tropical vibes with none of the booze. A vibrant mix of melon syrup, pineapple, banana, coconut, and lime creates a neon-green, creamy-citrus refresher that’s perfect for pool days, barbecues, and family-friendly happy hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz melon syrup (Monin, Torani, or homemade Midori-style)
  • 1/2 oz coconut cream (or coconut milk for a lighter sip)
  • 1/2 oz banana purée (or banana syrup)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice (fresh-pressed if possible)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice (cubes or crushed)
  • Garnish:
  • Pineapple wedge
  • Mint sprig (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add melon syrup, coconut cream, banana purée, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using).
  2. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds until chilled and slightly frothy.
  3. Strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with ice or crushed ice.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig. Serve with a straw and enjoy the tropical escape.

Notes

Batch ahead by mixing all liquids except lime juice and coconut cream, refrigerating for up to 24 hours. Shake fresh with lime and coconut cream just before serving.
