  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream or heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sugar-Free Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Prepare one cup of strong coffee or two espresso shots using your favorite method.
  2. Heat the Milk Mixture: In a medium pan over medium-high heat, combine the unsweetened almond milk, pumpkin puree, and coconut cream or heavy whipping cream. Stir well until warm.
  3. Add Spices and Sweetener: Stir in pumpkin pie spice, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Bring this mixture to a gentle boil while stirring.
  4. Mix in the Coffee: Remove the pan from the heat and stir in your brewed coffee or espresso until well combined.
  5. Serve: Pour the hot mixture into cups, topping with sugar-free whipped cream and extra pumpkin pie spice if desired. Enjoy!
