Kids Easter Punch

A bright, fruity drink perfect for holiday parties, featuring pink lemonade, pineapple juice, soda, and fresh berries.

  • 4 cups Pink Lemonade, chilled
  • 3 cups Pineapple Juice, chilled
  • 4 cups 7 Up or any lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 3/4 to 1 cup Strawberry Syrup
  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, sliced (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • Strawberry Frosting
  • Easter Sprinkles
  • 2 to 3 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream per cup
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions

  1. Slice the strawberries, saving some to top off the drink later.
  2. Pour in the chilled pink lemonade and chilled pineapple juice into a large punch bowl or drink dispenser.
  3. Add the strawberry syrup and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the sliced fresh strawberries and fresh raspberries, and mix gently.
  5. Refrigerate the punch base for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  6. Slowly add the chilled 7 Up or lemon-lime soda to the punch base just before serving.
  7. Dip the rim of an Easter cup into strawberry frosting and then into Easter sprinkles.
  8. Add 2 to 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream into each decorated cup.
  9. Carefully pour the Easter punch over the ice cream.
  10. Finish with a swirl of whipped cream, a few fresh strawberries, and a sprinkle of Easter sprinkles.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter option, reduce the amount of syrup or use sugar-free alternatives. This punch works well for meal prep.
