Kiwi Strawberry Spritz

A light, fruity, and refreshing drink perfect for hot days or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 Kiwi fruit, thinly sliced
  • 2 Strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sparkling drink of your choice
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Take the slices of strawberry and kiwi fruit. Press them onto the inside of a glass, arranging them nicely.
  2. Fill the glass with ice to keep the fruit slices in place.
  3. Slowly pour your favorite low or no sugar sparkling drink into the glass.
  4. Add extra fruit or a sprig of mint for garnish, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the fizz and freshness.

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed fresh. Store leftover fruit in the refrigerator for one day. Avoid storing the drink with the sparkling drink for long periods.
