Lavender Cardamom Cold-Foam Latte

Lavender Cardamom Cold-Foam Latte

A beautifully layered latte featuring rich espresso, warm cardamom spice, and a dreamy lavender-vanilla cold foam – a floral, fragrant cloud in a cup that’s perfect for mindful sipping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 double espresso, cooled (about 2 ounces)
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom syrup (or pinch of ground cardamom + ½ teaspoon sugar)
  • ¼ cup lavender cold-foam
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: fresh lavender sprig

Lavender Cold-Foam:

  • ¼ cup oat milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 teaspoon lavender syrup
  • A dash of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Brew a double shot of espresso and let cool for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in cardamom syrup (or cardamom and sugar) until dissolved.
  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the espresso mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine oat milk, lavender syrup, and vanilla extract.
  5. Froth the mixture until thick and airy using a handheld frother or whisk.
  6. Gently spoon lavender foam over iced espresso, letting it cascade naturally.
  7. Garnish with a lavender sprig if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Use very cold milk for best foam. Start with a small amount of lavender syrup and adjust to taste. Freshly ground cardamom delivers the most aromatic flavor. Serve in a clear glass to showcase the lavender foam cascading over espresso.
