Lavender Chai Spice Latte

A cozy and floral twist on the classic chai latte, featuring the soothing notes of lavender and spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 1 teaspoon dried culinary lavender
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Steep chai tea bags with lavender in 3/4 cup boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and strain out lavender.
  3. Heat milk until hot and frothed using a whisk or shaking in a jar.
  4. Pour milk into the tea and add sweetener; stir gently.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, sip, and enjoy!

Notes

You can make it vegan by using oat, soy, or almond milk and substituting honey with agave or maple syrup.
