Lavender Chamomile Moon Milk

A cozy bedtime drink made with calming lavender and chamomile for deep relaxation and better sleep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 mug of oat milk or whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried or fresh chamomile flowers
  • A pinch of dried or fresh lavender flowers
  • 1 teaspoon local honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • Tea strainer

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and add the chamomile and lavender.
  2. Gently warm over low heat for about 5 minutes. Do not let it boil.
  3. Remove from heat and strain into your favorite mug.
  4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup.
  5. Sip slowly and enjoy the calm.

Notes

Lavender is powerful; a small pinch is enough — too much can overpower the flavor. Not recommended for those allergic to chamomile.
