Lavender Coconut Butterfly Pea Latte

A calm, pretty, and healthy floral drink blending butterfly pea tea with coconut milk and lavender.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (chilled)
  • 1/2 tsp dried lavender or a drop of lavender extract (optional)
  • 12 tsp sweetener (honey or syrup, optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • A splash of lemon juice (for color change)

Instructions

  1. Brew butterfly pea flower tea, adding lavender if desired. Let cool and sweeten the tea if desired.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the blue tea first.
  3. Slowly add the chilled coconut milk to create a layered look.
  4. Optionally stir in a splash of lemon juice for a purple shift.
  5. Enjoy the tropical, floral delight!

Notes

Serve chilled in a tall glass to show the blue-to-white layers. For a lighter option, use light coconut milk and a zero-calorie sweetener.
