Lavender Coconut Cooler

A refreshing drink combining coconut flavors with floral lavender notes, perfect for hot days or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)
  • 1 teaspoon lavender syrup or steeped lavender
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the coconut water and coconut milk in advance.
  2. Combine coconut water, coconut milk, and lavender syrup in a cocktail shaker or mason jar.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until frothy.
  5. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender if desired.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
