Lavender Lemon Fog

A delightful drink combining the calming scent of lavender with the zesty flavor of lemon, perfect for relaxation at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 1/4 tsp dried lavender
  • 1/2 cup steamed oat milk
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 1 tsp honey or lavender syrup

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a kettle or pot.
  2. Place the Earl Grey tea bag and dried lavender in a tea infuser.
  3. Pour hot water over the tea infuser with the tea and lavender.
  4. Let the mixture steep for about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the tea infuser and discard the tea bag and lavender.
  6. Stir in the juice of 1/4 lemon.
  7. Heat the oat milk in a small pot or use a steam wand to steam it.
  8. Pour the steamed oat milk into the cup with the tea and lemon mixture.
  9. Sweeten with honey or lavender syrup to taste.
  10. Optionally, top with milk foam and give it a gentle stir before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best flavor and aroma. Garnish with dried lavender buds or a slice of lemon if desired.
