  • 2 tablespoons lavender simple syrup
  • Juice of 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 tablespoon raw wildflower honey
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish (optional):
  • Fresh lavender sprigs
  • Lemon wheels
  • Dried lavender buds for rimming the glass
  • For Homemade Lavender Syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender buds

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lavender Syrup (If Making): Simmer water and sugar until dissolved. Add lavender buds and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and cool. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Mix the Drink: In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine lavender syrup, lemon juice, and honey. Stir or shake until honey is fully dissolved.
  3. Assemble: Fill a glass with ice. Pour lemon-lavender mixture over ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish: Add a lavender sprig, lemon wheel, and rim the glass with crushed lavender buds if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
