Lavender Pistachio Oat Latte

A dreamy, nutty espresso drink featuring the calming flavors of lavender and the richness of pistachio, all mixed with creamy oat milk.

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon culinary lavender buds
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 shot of fresh espresso or strong coffee
  • Ice (enough to fill your glass)

Instructions

  1. Blend the pistachios with a splash of oat milk and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a glass filled with ice, pour in the shot of espresso.
  3. Swirl the pistachio cream and lavender into the oat milk, then pour over the espresso and ice.
  4. Top with crushed pistachios if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

For a shortcut, use store-bought pistachio syrup instead of making pistachio cream. Adjust the lavender to taste to avoid an overpowering floral flavor.
